Always on the lookout: zoneCONTROL

The forklift truck approaches the warehouse door with its mast extended – and stops at exactly the right point. This is thanks to zoneCONTROL, which knows all the critical areas of the site based on warehouse zoning and monitors them with utmost precision. These may be height obstacles, locations with high vehicle or pedestrian traffic, or areas where no loads can be set down. The system responds to the specific situation: it alerts the driver, issues an alarm or, if necessary, intervenes to control the truck. This avoids collisions, for instance, and guarantees safe movement within the warehouse. You can also use zoneCONTROL to make targeted improvements to your efficiency. The flow of traffic, for example, can be optimised via access authorisations.

Whether stacking and removing at high lift heights, working in unclear indoor and outdoor areas or handling sensitive goods – addedVIEW offers the appropriate digital camera system for a wide range of requirements in everyday warehouse operations.

addedVIEW 360° camera system

addedVIEW, the digital 360° camera system enables fast as well as accident-free navigation even in narrow and unclear situations. Each individual camera of the addedVIEW system delivers the highest image quality on its own. All together they provide a perspective that is unique: the "bird view" gives a 360-degree view from above. The result: faster, safer truck manoeuvring.

addedVIEW reversing camera

The high-resolution addedVIEW reversing camera reliably shows the user the rear area of the industrial truck on a monitor at any time. Collisions due to poor visibility conditions in the warehouse can thus be avoided.

Wide range of fork camera models

For maximum precision in goods handling, the fork camera offers an unrestricted view. The optional virtual line laser with positioning aid supports the operator during storage and retrieval even at high lift heights.

The addedVIEW with scan function brings more efficiency to your warehouse. In combination with our Logistics Interface, the camera can be used for error-free scanning of goods and warehouse compartment codes. The driver can select bar or QR codes that appear directly on the camera image and confirm the scan by touch. A confirmation button next to the steering wheel also offers improved ergonomics.

Handle your loads faster: positionCONTROL

positionCONTROL enables the setting of customised target heights for any warehouse environment. This results in shorter trips and optimised lifting operations as well as reduced adjusting time in between stacking operations and increased availability, thus saving time and energy. As a result, using positionCONTROL can increase productivity by up to 15%.

Process orders more efficiently

The smart assistance systems from Jungheinrich not only increase safety in your warehouse, but thanks to the connection to your Warehouse Management Software, the systems also make it much more efficient to process stacking, retrieval and order picking operations.

For targeted precision: warehouseNAVIGATION

For each movement of goods, the truck operator has to reorientate himself within the racking system. This is where warehouseNAVIGATION comes into play. It transmits the correct rack location to the truck, which then approaches it automatically with high-precision diagonal travel. This greatly reduces the strain on the driver, who only has to operate the lift function. This results in greater order picking accuracy combined with an up to 25% increase in throughput performance.

Reverse area warning system

The rear-area warning device monitors the space to the rear of the vehicle and gives the operator an optical and acoustic warning signal that varies in intensity and volume depending on the distance of the detected object.

driveCONTROL

driveCONTROL automatically controls the vehicle speed depending on the current lift height. This increases safety when travelling with a raised pallet, while still ensuring even more sensitive manoeuvring during the work cycle.

liftCONTROL

In addition to reducing the travel speed, liftCONTROL lift speed control also automatically reduces the tilt speed of the mast from a defined lift height. This allows the driver to carry out stacking and retrieval operations faster and more safely.

Indoor/Outdoor Sensor

The indoor/outdoor sensor detects by radar whether the vehicle is in a hall or outdoors. Depending on the location, the sensor controls the maximum permissible speed of the vehicle.

addedVIEW 360°

addedVIEW 360° is an all-round vision system consisting of four digital cameras for safer and more precise manoeuvring through the warehouse. In bird's-eye view from above, the 6" full-colour display shows the driver his vehicle and its immediate surroundings, optionally using speed-dependent auto zoom. The forward and backward view is available as a single camera perspective or in any combination of two views in a split screen. To optimally manoeuvre the truck in confined spaces, the camera view automatically displays the drive direction or can be set and configured manually.

curveCONTROL

Speeding in corners is a leading risk factor for tip-over accidents. curveCONTROL automatically adjusts the truck speed when cornering, depending on load and steering angle: the heavier the load, the slower the truck‘s cornering speed. This significantly decreases the risk of overturning or slipping, while enhancing warehouse safety for your employees and trucks as well as your goods.

operationCONTROL

The operationCONTROL assistance system records the current load weight as well as the load torque and lift height and emits a warning signal as soon as the residual capacity of the vehicle is exceeded. This prevents the truck from tipping and enables quick operation with increased security.

tiltCONTROL

tiltCONTROL automatically maintains the vertical position of the mast for faster and safer stacking and retrieval. When one-third of the load capacity has been reached, the mast adjusts its vertical angle automatically in order to transport the load safely at all times.

reachCONTROL

Depending on load weight and lift height, our assistance system reachCONTROL automatically adjusts the reach truck’s reach and tilting speed. This ensures safe and efficient storage and retrieval processes and up to 15 percent savings in time.

liftNAVIGATION

liftNAVIGATION is a semi-automatic rack height selector for reach trucks, where the approach to the correct storage position is sent directly from the Warehouse Management System to the truck. As soon as the operator has reached the correct rack length position, the fork is automatically raised to the correct storage compartment.

driveNAVIGATION

When connected to the Warehouse Management System, driveNAVIGATION transmits the information on the next pick position immediately and directly to the truck control system of the ECE order picker with easyPILOT. The truck approaches the pick position automatically as soon as the operator starts the ECE remotely or acknowledges the most recent order picking operation.
